Our Governors and friends come together to play a competitive game of golf, vying for a hole-in-one while “leaving the green” to the event's beneficiaries. Sportsmanship, good food and a philanthropic goal: this tournament has it all!

2012 Golf

A quarter of a century celebrated outstandingly! The 25th edition of the FCCI’s Golf Tournament, which took place on the 20th of June at the St-Raphael Golf Club, was a great success. This edition of the Annual Golf Tournament was particularly exceptional, as the Foundation was celebrating the 25^th anniversary of this remarkable event.

The FCCI Tournament was held under the presidency of Governor Mr. Silvio Sicoli and under the honorary presidency of the great philanthropist Mr. Giuseppe Borsellino, who has been involved in the community for the past thirty years. The event gathered more than 320 players around the green and raised a grand total of $237 000.

The FCCI would like thank all of its’ generous sponsors including the events’ main partners, the National Back of Canada and Saputo. The Foundation would also like to thank Broccolini Construction Inc., RBC Banque Royale, Fraser Milner Casgrain, Trudeau Corporation, Transforce Inc., SamCon Inc., National Vacuum Inc. and Réseau Sélection.

2011 Golf

Hole in one! The 24^th Annual Golf Tournament, entitled A Drive for the Cause held at the prestigious Club de golf St-Raphaël on June 20, 2011, was a great success. The tournament, organized under the presidency of Mr. Gerry Caputo, Marketing & Communications Director of BMW MINI Laval, and the honorary presidency of Mr. Peter Comito Sr., President of Selectcom Telecom, and Me Roberto De Minico, Roberto De Minico Attorney, welcomed over 170 good-deed golfers who enjoyed a day of great weather, gastronomy and good times.

The tournament allowed the organization to raise net proceeds of $120,000 going to support local charities and non-profit organizations within Québec.

2010 Golf

The 23th Annual Golf Tournament, under the theme A Drive for a Cause, took place on June 21st, 2010 at Club de Golf St-Raphaël and was a huge success. The FCCI Golf Tournament, under the presidency of Mr. Peter Comito Sr., Selectcom Telecom President, and the honorary presidency of Mr. Tony Loffreda, Executive Vice-President of RBC Royal Bank, attracted 200 players on the green and allowed to raise $130,000. Funds raised during that day will be redistributed to various non-profit organizations.
