When the first signs of spring begin to appear, the Governors and Friends of the Foundation look forward to seeing the snow melt, eagerly and anticipating the smell and taste of maple syrup! Martin Picard, reputable chef of Montreal Restaurant Au Pied de Cochon, tempted guests to indulge in traditional Sugar Shack style dishes with an original and innovative twist. The spirit of the night remained convivial and friendly in a relaxed and comfortable ambiance.
